LAKESIDE GUEST BATHROOM

With sweeping views of a nearby lake as its backdrop, this guest bathroom renovation in Princeton, NJ, was inspired by nature, light, and calm. The goal was to create a spa-like experience that would welcome guests while reflecting the serene setting just beyond the windows. We worked closely with the homeowner to craft a design that was bright, tranquil, and effortlessly elegant—perfectly in step with the rest of their lakeside retreat.

We selected a soft, neutral color palette and introduced a mix of natural materials and smooth finishes to reinforce the airy atmosphere. Large-format tiles, a pedestal vanity, and frameless glass shower create a sense of openness, while subtle textures and warm accents keep the space from feeling sterile. Ample lighting—both natural and ambient—ensures the room feels fresh and inviting at any time of day. Though the bathroom is compact, the design emphasizes spaciousness and calm, resulting in a place of quiet luxury.
