Redemption Custom Builders was founded with a simple but powerful goal: to bring integrity, artistry, and deep craftsmanship back to luxury homebuilding. Since 2019, we’ve earned the trust of discerning homeowners in Central Jersey and Bucks County by delivering high-end renovations, thoughtful additions, and historic restorations that honor each home’s unique character.

Our founder, Abe Reuther, established the company after years of hands-on training and collaboration with master builder John Garretson, a respected figure in the Princeton and Manhattan markets. When John retired in 2022, his legacy of excellence became part of Redemption’s foundation—a legacy we’re proud to carry forward with every project.

Today, Redemption Custom Builders is known for its transparency, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to craftsmanship that stands the test of time. We don’t just renovate homes—we restore beauty, value, and trust in the building process.

Our pre-construction phase is where vision meets strategy. This is where we listen, plan, and prepare, ensuring a smooth construction experience with no surprises along the way.

  • Initial Consultation – We begin with a conversation to understand your vision, lifestyle, and goals. Our desire is to get to know you. Whether you have a fully developed plan or need guidance, we’re here every step of the way to bring your dream to life.

  • Project Roadmap – We create a detailed scope of work and a pre-construction checklist so you know exactly what to expect and all of your options at every stage. No one likes surprises during construction, clarity from the start means an stress-free experience.

  • Architect & Designer Collaboration – Many of our clients come with an architect or designer in place, and we seamlessly integrate into that process. If you need recommendations, we’ll connect you with top-tier professionals to craft a home that is as functional as it is beautiful.

  • Budget & Timeline Development – We work alongside you and your design team to align expectations, ensuring your vision fits within a realistic budget and timeline.

2. Construction: Craftsmanship in Motion

With the foundation set, we bring your home to life with precision, artistry, and unmatched attention to detail.

  • Dedicated Project Team – Your project will have a team of skilled craftspeople, led by one of our expert project managers and a dedicated lead carpenter to ensure excellence at every step.

  • Ongoing Communication – Weekly or bi-weekly project meetings keep everything on track, with clear updates on budget, timeline, and design implementation. These project meetings typically include the client, project manager, architect or designer and often our founder, Abe.

  • Final Walkthrough & Quality Assurance – Before we hand over the keys, we conduct a detailed punch list review with you and the architect, making sure every detail meets our rigorous standards of quality, craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Our relationship with you doesn’t end when construction does. We stand behind our work and remain a trusted partner for years to come.

  • Warranty & Quality Guarantee – We take pride in building homes that stand the test of time. Our workmanship is fully warrantied, and we hold our trade partners and suppliers to the same high standards.

  • Ongoing Support – While we do not currently offer in-house maintenance services, we work with trusted maintenance providers to ensure your home continues to shine. Stay tuned as we expand these offerings in the future.
